- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and chopped rosemary.
- Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until the dough comes together.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the top of the loaf with additional olive oil.
- Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

Note: You can also sprinkle some coarse sea salt on top of the bread before baking for extra flavor.
