- 1 onion diced
 
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
 
-  1 jalapeño diced
 
- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
 
- spice medley (chipotle powder, cumin, coriander, red chili flakes, salt, cardamom)
 
- 1 fresh tomato (diced)
 
- handful of dried cherries
 
- handful of olives
 
- fresh parsley
 
- mint leaves
 
- tons of cilantro
 
- Lemon juice
 
- Sprinkle of fresh pepper
 
- Cooked rice

- Cook onion, garlic cloves, and jalapano
 
- Add in spices
 
- Add in chickpeas and cook together until soft and fragrant
 
- Add in fresh tomato and cook a second longer
 
- Add in dried cherries, olives, and herbs
 
- Add in squeeze of lemon
 
- Serve over cooked rice
 
- Add in more herbs, crumbled white cheese, and a dash of fresh pepper
