The easy way with everything in a can:
Longan
Jackfruit can
Toddy Palm seeds
Grass jelly (ai-yu)
Almond jelly
Coconut jelly
Lychee
Preparation
Cut up all the fruit and jello in a can. Put the syrup aside, you'll use it as sweetener. You likely don't need all of it.
Combine the coconut milk and almond milk in a bowl. Add all the jello and fruit. Add syrup to taste. Chill or serve with ice-- serve it cold!
