Ingredients
- eggs
Preparation
poached
fill a pan with 1 inch of water
add salt and about a tbsp of vinegar
set to medium-high heat
crack egg into a ramekin
(optional) strain egg with sieve
when water comes to a simmer, pour egg into center of pan
turn off heat once egg is in the pan
cook for 2-3 minutes
salt and serve with mayo or on toast
soft boiled
fill pot with water
bring water to a boil under medium-high heat
boil egg for 6 1/2 minutes
