- 2 cups all purpose flour
 
- 1/4 cup sugar
 
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
 
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
 
- Lemon
 
- 4tbsp melted butter
 
- Large splash of vanilla extract

- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt) until combined.
 
- Create a depression in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in: almond milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, and lemon.
 
- Mix well until there aren't any lumps in the batter.
 
- Heat oil or butter on a large pan, wait until it's nice and hot.
 
- Use 1/4 cup of batter at a time and cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
 
- Serve with fresh fruit and berry sauce
